impsTALK's 2011/2012 Rough Guides are your not-very indispensable guide to life in the Conference North. In this series, we'll be writing a load of hopeless guff about places we've never visited, fuelled mostly by the stereotyping of towns in regions we don't particularly care for. Which is, of course, pretty much all of them.
